How easy is it to be happy?

 

Happiness comes in many different forms and from many different sources.  Some people go their whole lives without being truely happy, not because they can't be but because they don't know how to be.

 

Wellbeing is all about taking time and doing things for yourself.  You need to find those moments that make a difference in your life and make sure you don't lose them.

 

But where does Health and Fitness come into this?
