So we can see that being classed as 'Fit' is a direct result of proper exercise and nutrition.  These elements form the two main pillars and approaching them in the right and most effective way is essential.
 
   


But how do I go about getting fit?

 

Well thats a good question to start with.  The desire for knowledge is what drives so many of us and with the right education and understanding anything is possible.

Now don't get me wrong, its not easy.  There is no 5 minutes a day ab plan, there is no wonder exercise.  However with understanding, correct application, will power and commitment everyone can transform themselves.
